Account deletion
Your NOA account and the data linked to it are deleted at your request. You can submit the request in two ways.
1. In your account settings (fastest)
- Log in to NOA.
- Open "My Account".
- In the "Delete Account" block, click "Request Account Deletion".
- Tick the confirmation and enter your password.
2. By email
If you cannot access your account, write to info@wark.digital with the subject "Account deletion" from the email address the account was created with. We check that the message comes from the account owner and process the request the same way.

Account data (name, email, password hash), your texts, uploaded files, voices, videos and other outputs, and brand settings. Unused credits are lost together with the account.
4. What we keep
Accounting records (invoices and payments) are kept for the legally required period (7 years). Security logs are deleted within 90 days.
5. Timeline
We delete the account and data within 30 days of the request at the latest. Deletion cannot be undone.
