Terms of Service
1. Who we are
The NOA service (noa.wark.digital) is provided by WARK OĆ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia. Contact: info@wark.digital.
2. The service
NOA is a web-based AI studio that creates speech, subtitles, videos and other media from your input, and provides editing and planning tools. Some features (such as AI video and image generation) may be opened to users in stages; the site always shows what is currently available.
3. Account
You must be at least 16 years old or act on behalf of a business to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the security of your password. Actions taken through an account are deemed to be those of the account owner.
4. Plans, credits and payments
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Prices include VAT. Credits included in a plan are valid until the end of the billing period unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; NOA does not store card details.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days. If you have already used the service during that time (for example spent credits), you agree that supply of digital content began immediately and the unused portion is refunded. Credits for generations that fail due to a technical error are returned to your account automatically.
6. Your content and rights
Material you upload and output created from your input belong to you, and you may use them commercially. You grant NOA a limited right to process and store your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content in public showcases or advertising without your consent.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use NOA to create unlawful, misleading or hateful content, content that infringes the rights of others, the voice or likeness of real people without their permission, or content intended for fraud or disinformation. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
8. Labelling AI content
When publishing AI-generated content, follow the labelling requirements of the platform and applicable law, including the EU AI Act. Public trial videos carry an AI label.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running without interruption but do not guarantee continuous availability. AI output may contain errors; review it before publishing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will give advance notice of material changes by email or in the service. These terms are governed by Estonian law. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
